Mark is originally from Tyler Texas. He grew up hunting ducks and quail in east Texas and central Texas. He attended Texas A&M and received a BS degree in Engineering Geology in 1983 and a Civil Engineering degree in 1984. He moved to Dallas in 1984 and began his career in the construction industry. He is currently majority owner in a commercial masonry company, TST Construction Services. He is also a part owner in a solar company, CSS solar. Mark is married to Carol and they have two grown children. Hunting and shooting sports has always been a way of life for the whole family.
Mark is a long time life member of DSC. He has served as vice president, director, president elect, president and immediate past president of Dallas Safari Club. He currently serves as a director of DSC Foundation.
